About the Role
We are growing and we want YOU! We currently have a fulltime opportunity available for an experienced SeniorHuman Resources Officer at our Liverpool office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting and supporting employees and managers with HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities within your dedicated region.
Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders and onboarding new employees.
Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll and HRIS systems (CHRIS / ELMO)
Leading and coordinating complaint and issue investigations, ensuring a fair and legal process is followed and process and outcome documented.
Active involvement and mentoring in disciplinary matters and performance management.
HR Administration; including maintaining electronic personnel files, documentation and onboarding preparations.
Actively contribute to supporting the growth and progress of the business whilst positively supporting the business perception of the HR Team.
Project work on an ad hoc basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
Candidates must possess the following skills & experience:
5+ years previous experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment.
