Job Description

About the Role 

Bring your clinical or allied‑health experience into a rewarding commercial role that keeps weekends free. Use your clinical knowledge and people skills to build trusted relationships across hospitals, clinics, aged‑care and animal‑health facilities while working regular weekday hours.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with healthcare customers across New South Wales.  
  • Identify territory opportunities, prepare and execute territory plans, and convert prospects into long‑term customers.  
  • Lead a consultative sales process: educate customers on medical gas solutions, equipment and safe practice.  
  • Work closely with the National Manager and technical teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions.  
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity report and achieve agreed sales targets.  
  • Represent Supagas with professionalism — behaviours (integrity, teamwork, curiosity) are as important as results.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we’re looking for

  • Clinical or healthcare experience preferred (nurses, paramedics, allied health, vet nurses, etc.) — your clinical insight is highly valued.
  • Serviceoriented, curious and motivated to learn commercial and sales skills — no prior sales experience required; we’ll train you.  
  • Confident engaging with clinicians and facility managers and explaining technical information clearly.  
  • Selfmanaged, organised and able to plan and prioritise a territory.  
  • Based in New South Wales with the ability to travel across the state and country.  
  • Current National Police Check and driver’s licence; a demerit points statement will be required before commencement.
