About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily delivery operations across medical and microbulk services at our Hallam Branch.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring all customer deliveries are completed safely, on time and cost-effectively, acting as the key conduit between Customer Service, Branch Management and Drivers, all while championing safety, compliance and Supagas customer-first, Yes We Can culture.

Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between Customer Service, Drivers and Branch Management
Coordinate and oversee all medical and liquid nitrogen deliveries in Victoria.
Supervise drivers, ensuring deliveries are completed on time while ensuring safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor driver manifests, redistribute deliveries when required and arrange alternative transport solutions if needed
Enforce vehicle, asset scanning and counting procedures and actively participate in asset tracking programs
Oversee vehicle presentation, servicing, repairs and maintenance
Review drivecam footage, provide coaching and escalate issues in line with HR policies where required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a logistics or scheduling role with staff supervision responsibilities
Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Mechanical/vehicle knowledge and Chain of Responsibility (COR) experience is highly regarded
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and exposure to MRP systems (Pronto / Ignition is desirable)
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (essential)
The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
