About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Supaswap Sales Manager to lead and drive the commercial performance of our Supaswap business nationally. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this senior leadership role is responsible for delivering budgeted growth through a strategic national business plan while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
This role partners closely with key internal stakeholders, manages national key accounts, and provides strategic direction across pricing, marketing, tenders, and asset utilisation. You will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of Supagas’ Supaswap offering while fostering a strong “Yes We Can” culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the national Supaswap strategy to achieve budget, growth, and EBIT targets.
Develop and manage the national Supaswap budget in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Build, manage, and retain national key accounts as the primary point of contact.
Set and manage national pricing structures considering cost movements and competitor activity.
Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and drive market growth.
Coordinate national Supaswap tenders and RFQs with internal stakeholders.
Maximise utilisation and profitability of Supaswap assets at customer sites.
Ensure all activities comply with safety, regulatory, and Supagas compliance requirements.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver long-term commercial improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Management and/or Sales.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior commercial or national management role.
Exceptional commercial and financial acumen.
Strong understanding of contract law and its application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to work autonomously and manage national responsibilities.
Strong organisational, planning, and reporting skills.
