Job Description
As the Business Development Manager – Pacific Gas Dealers, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining the Pacific Gas Dealer network across VIC and SA. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be on the road identifying new Dealer opportunities, developing strong relationships, and ensuring existing Dealers remain compliant, safe, and successful.
You will be the face of Pacific Gas in your region - promoting our products, supporting Dealers, and driving sustainable network growth, while always leading with a Safety First mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow the Pacific Gas Dealer network by identifying and appointing new clients across Victoria and South Australia
Manage and support existing clients to drive ongoing growth and performance
Act as the primary contact for Dealer enquiries within your region
Promote Pacific Gas products and on-sell opportunities
Ensure client agreements, pricing and onboarding requirements are completed
Work closely with Branch Managers and Sales teams to maintain a strong lead pipeline
Promote a Safety-First culture aligned with Supagas WHS standards
Maintain accurate CRM records and complete regular sales reports

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Proven sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
Industry, logistics or gas knowledge is highly regarded although not essential
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
Experience using CRM or sales systems
Well organised with strong time management and attention to detail
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
Safety-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
