  • Deliver efficient yard operations, including stock control, inter-branch transfers, load restraint checks and asset security.

  • Maintain accurate stock counts, report shortages, and ensure correct placarding and safe handling of all gas products.

  • Ensure forklifts, equipment, yard and office areas are safe, tidy and well maintained, with pre-start and safety checks completed.

  • Support WHS compliance, traffic management during peak periods, and educate customers on safe gas handling and storage.

Desired Skills and Experience

You possess:

  • Proven experience in an inbound call centre and/or client-facing customer-service environment.
  • Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
  • A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
  • Resilience and effective time management.
  • Stock control & basic inventory awareness.

  • Willingness to learn systems, procedures and compliance requirements.

What we offer?
