About the Role

Supagas is seeking a motivated Driver Trainer to deliver skills-based and compliance-driven training across our Queensland branches As a Driver Trainer, you will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to promote safe, compliant and professional driving practices across Supagas.

This role is primarily field-based, seeking a trainer north Brisbane based and offers autonomy to plan and manage your schedule. If you enjoy a dynamic training role with variety, travel, and the opportunity to make a tangible operational impact, this is the role for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for new and existing employees across our QLD sites, with a focus on safety and operational compliance.
• Review and improve training materials in line with legislative, operational, and industry changes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
• Manage training documentation and competency profiles, monitoring employee progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and operational improvement.
• Track and report training outcomes in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
