What you will be doing
We're on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our LPG and Industrial Gas Sales team on a full time, permanent basis.
You will play a key role in strengthening our client relationships, improving retention and recovery of existing and previous Supagas customers, and minimising lost business.
This is an exciting field-based opportunity that offers a high level of autonomy to manage your schedule, manage a diverse client portfolio and represent a safety-focused and customer-first driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with our LPG and Industrial Gas key accounts
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs, goals and challenges
Manage end-to-end account relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Identify and act on customer retention and growth opportunities
Negotiate and secure renewed supply agreements
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Accounts
Monitor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to monitor account performance, identify customers requiring re-signing of supply agreements

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Sales or account management experience
Experience in the gas industry or a related field is advantageous but not required
Strong B2B sales acumen
Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
Confident using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office
