What you'll be doing

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous role, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities, including face-to-face cold calling
  • Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales 
  • Take full ownership of the designated Toowoomba sales territory for LPG and Industrial Gases
  • Identify market trends and provide monthly sales forecasts
  • Follow up leads promptly and maintain detailed daily sales reporting
  • Liaise with internal departments to maximise customer service and delivery outcomes

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
