About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Branch State Operations Supervisor to support and optimise a multi-site branch network across Victoria. This role is critical in driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across our operations.
You will partner with Branch Managers to deliver operational excellence, strengthen safety culture, and ensure compliance across all sites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and support multi site branch operations across Victoria
Champion a safety first culture across all teams and sites
Drive lean initiatives and productivity improvements
Ensure full HSEQ compliance across operations
Optimise logistics, fleet and distribution performance
Partner with leaders to deliver budget, cost and service targets
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Support workforce planning, contractor management, and training
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience mentoring and leading teams across multi-site operations
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Background in continuous improvement with a safety first leadership mindset
LPG and Industrial Gas experience is advantageous
HSEQ, Compliance and Auditing exposure
Knowledge of NHVR or transport legislation
