About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused LPG Business Consultant to join our sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small LPG customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
You will play a key role in driving profitable growth by securing new customers, retaining existing accounts, and supporting the wider LPG sales team through lead generation and relationship management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of LPG customers
Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities, including cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Deliver sales strategies aligned with business growth targets
Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and leads
Provide competitive quotes and convert leads into new business wins
Ensure a high level of customer service across all interactions
Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing within approval guidelines
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Confident and clear phone-based communication skills
Positive, resilient, and results-driven sales mindset
Knowledge of LPG and/or industrial gases products
Experience in a B2B or similar sales role with cold calling exposure is preferred
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
Completion of Year 12, tertiary qualifications in business/sales is advantageous
The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination
