About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Representative to manage and grow sales across the Perth metro and South Region.
This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, driving retention, and identifying new business opportunities, while ensuring sales targets, margin growth, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You’ll play a key role in delivering value across your territory and supporting broader sales team success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales performance across the Perth metro and South Region
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Develop and execute territory strategies to drive growth and profitability
Prepare proposals, costings, and contracts aligned with margin targets
Negotiate agreements and ensure all customers have current supply contracts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of service
Support cross-functional collaboration to improve business outcomes
Maintain accurate records and reporting

Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar sales role with strong relationship-building and client management skills
High level of self-management, accountability, and autonomy
Commercial awareness with the ability to develop and execute territory strategies
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
Technical understanding of LPG and industrial gas products is favourable
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership while on the road
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets
The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
