Job Description
Your Duties will include :
Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
Greet and serve “walk-in” customers and guests.
Yard operational support – filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles
Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements
Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products
Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing

Requirements:
MR truck licence preferrable
Forklift licence preferrable
Delivery Experience
Excellent customer service skills
Previous customer service experience
