Job Description
About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, you’ll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You'll hand activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks/inquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
Process credit card payments as needed.
Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
Engage in web chat support.

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an inbound call centre and/or client-facing customer-service environment.
Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Flexibility. This office-based role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
A self-starter attitude with robust organisational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
Resilience and effective time management.
The successful candidate will undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
