Job Description
About the role
As a Production Operator, you’ll follow set processes to manufacture products safely, operate equipment efficiently and maintain safety standards.
You will:
Prioritize safety in line with Supagas policies and procedures.
Maintain LPG & industrial cylinders including sorting, cleaning, filling, painting and testing cylinders.
Track and update cylinder movements.
Load and unload trucks, as required.
Report any hazards, safety concerns, near misses and accidents and incidents.
Assist with yard maintenance, including safe storage of tools and equipment, rubbish removal, and tasks to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly and as per Australian Standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
You possess:
A proven safety focus and experience working within the oil and gas or manufacturing industry in a production-related position.
Valid and current Forklift licence.
Self-motivation and a continuous learning mindset - always looking to extend your skills and experiences.
Respect for differences, work well as part of a team and are adaptable and resilient.
