Job Description

About the role

Drive Bulk LPG sales growth across all markets in the Lonsdale & Southern Adelaide area by embracing a “Yes We Can” mindset with customers and teams.

You’ll proactively identify opportunities while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.

Specifically:

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling and customer engagement.
  • Manage and service existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality account management.
  • Respond to new leads promptly and maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards, with a strong focus on customer and personal safety.
  • Deliver customer training (including decant training) and ensure safe handling and storage of gas products.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, checklists, and compliance paperwork.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights and reporting to support sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, service delivery, and customer support.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term accounts.
  • Highly safety-focused with a strong understanding of compliance and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Able to work independently within a defined territory while contributing to a team environment.
