About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday and play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of daily transport operations.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Truck and trailer loading/unloading knowledge.
Transferring of stock to branches experience.
Knowledge of stock counts and Ording.
Analise and input data into run sheets.
Schedule vehicle loads to maximise efficiency and meet delivery requirements.
Accurately plan and allocate driver runs.
Review, reconcile, and consolidate driver paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Conduct and document daily driver debriefs, reporting outcomes as required.
Liaise with drivers throughout the day to monitor progress, ensure delivery schedules are met, and confirm compliance with fatigue management requirements.
Communicate with branches regarding order status, delivery updates, and general enquiries.
Monitor performance and demonstrate a proven ability to achieve and maintain delivery KPIs.

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience within the transport industry (essential).
Strong knowledge of the geographical layout of NSW/ACT
At least three years’ experience in a transport scheduling / coordinator role, with hands-on truck and trailer experience (preferred).
Experience with budgeting, IBT, and LPG operations.
Detailed knowledge of load configurations, weight limits, and vehicle allocation (preferred).
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word (essential).
Previous experience with Pronto and Ignition systems (desirable but not essential).
Extensive knowledge of transport safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements (essential).
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical examination as part of the recruitment process.
