Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the State Customer Service Manager QLD, your role will be to oversee and maintain team performance in the day-to-day customer service operations.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Effective and efficient daily management of customer service Team 
  • Effective and efficient management of accurate customer records 
  • Provide ongoing training and development of all Customer service staff in alignment with Supagas’ policies and procedures 
  • Manage and facilitate interdepartmental relationships with the sales, logistics, administration, maintenance and technical teams. 
  • Oversee and maintain team performance in the day-to-day customer service operations  
  • Embrace and drive Supagas ‘Customer Service Policy’ throughout the branch. 
  • ‘Lead by example’ to increase customer service staff motivation, confidence and performance. Embrace Team culture. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in team leadership
  • Possess excellent customer service, including all communications, written and verbal.
  • High level of empathy and listening skills
  • High level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
  • Familiarity with the gas industry
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
